Warranty Period
Every Marshal watch bought from this website is covered for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturing and mechanical defects under normal use.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Mechanical faults arising under normal use
- Movement faults caused by a manufacturing defect
- A battery that fails or depletes within the warranty period
What Isn't Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents and cosmetic marks from everyday use
- Damage from drops, knocks or rough handling
- Water damage from use beyond the stated ATM rating
- Damage from perfume, solvents, chemicals or corrosive substances
- Any watch opened, repaired or modified by someone other than us
- Strap wear, fading of coatings or luminous material
- Damage to the crystal, crown, case or bracelet through misuse
- Damage from strong magnetic fields, extreme temperatures or poor storage
Making a Claim
Email rushabh.doshi@marshalwatches.watch with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the front and back of the watch
- A description of the fault
Once the claim is approved we arrange a pickup from your address, at no cost to you, anywhere in India.
The watch is then inspected. If the fault is covered, we repair or replace it free of charge. If it falls outside the warranty, we will come back to you within 5 to 7 working days with what a repair would cost — and we will not proceed until you have agreed.
A Note on Accuracy
Marshal watches use Japanese quartz movement. Quartz is accurate to within a few seconds a month under normal conditions. Small variations with temperature are normal and are not a fault.
